Risdon has been purchased by private investors for development into an expanded global pack-aging group with broader product offerings and added markets in Asia and Europe. The new ownership, with extensive experience in the packaging industry, formed Risdon International, Inc., to complete Risdon’s purchase from Crown Holdings, Inc.  Stephen T. Pearlman, Risdon’s president since 2001, will continue in the role.
